The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is part of The Children’s Hospital at London Health Sciences Center. The NICU is a designated Level III Unit providing the highest level of medical care for your baby. Each year the NICU cares for 800- 1000 newborns. Our experienced medical team have special training in the care of newborns. At London Health Science Center we believe the best results occur when families and our medical team work together. Your baby has been admitted to the NICU for close observation and specialized care. In the NICU our team of newborn specialists and registered nurses are dedicated to provide care for your baby 24 hours a day.
