Today, the Ministry of Labour conducted a visit to London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in relation to the recent patient volume challenges and the related staff safety concerns in our Mental Health Acute Care Program.
It is our understanding that the Ministry of Labour will return and share the results of its review tomorrow afternoon.
LHSC takes the health and safety of all staff very seriously and is committed to working with the ministry and all parties concerned to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
