LHSC COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Educators

In partnership with Middlesex-London Health Unit, we are pleased to be offering on-site vaccination clinics for:

  • Teachers
  • School support staff and administration
  • Child care workers who work in a Registered Childcare Facility

Appointments will be available for January 10 to 22 for the following dates and locations:

  • Victoria Hospital - B1 Foundation Office - 800 Commissioners Rd E, London, ON 
    • Monday - 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday and Wednesday – 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
    • Thursday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Saturdays – 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Victoria Family Medical Centre - 60 Chesley Ave, London, ON 
    • January 10 and 11 – 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Byron Family Medical Centre - 1228 Commissioners Rd W, London, ON 
    • January 12 – 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Vaccination is by appointment only
  • Please note that there are limitations on who can attend the appointment: 
    • Those over the age of 18 must come alone to their appointment.
    • Essential care partners will be allowed for those who require one.
  • First and second doses are available to those age 12-17.
  • First, second and third doses are available to those over the age of 18. 
    • For second doses, please ensure it’s 56 days (8 weeks) after your first dose.
    • Booster doses/third doses are available to those who are eligible. Please see the booster dose/third dose eligibility criteria and ensure the time between your second and third dose is followed. Full details on the MLHU website.
    • Please bring your health card or another piece of identification.
    • Please bring your school ID or other proof of employment.
  • The VH clinic is located in the B1 Foundation Office. Eligible individuals must enter through the B1 parking garage entrance. They will be required to go through screening upon entrance. Here is a detailed map.
  • After receiving your vaccine, all clients will wait the appropriate time then must then exit the hospital immediately using the designated exit.
  • The Ministry of Health is currently recommending that adults aged 30 years and older receive Moderna, and those aged 12-29 receive Pfizer. Our on-site clinics are following these recommendations.
  • These onsite clinics are NOT offering Pediatric Pfizer for age 5-11.
  • If you book a vaccination appointment with LHSC, please remember to cancel any pre-existing vaccination appointments so they open up to someone else in our community.
