The PCN is your main contact while a patient of The Baker Centre. The PCN will coordinate all your care and ensure that all necessary appointments and services are arranged in a timely manner. The PCN will ensure that all of your questions and concerns have been addressed and will be available by phone during business hours to assist you and your family.
