CanMEDS Framework
CanMEDS is a framework that identifies and describes the abilities physicians require to effectively meet the health care needs of the people they serve. A competent physician seamlessly integrates the competencies of all seven CanMEDS Roles.
Debriefing Resources
- PEARLS Healthcare Debriefing Tool – This tool provides a template for conducting an effective debrief that can be used for simulation, in-situ or critical events analysis.
- Debriefing Assessment for Simulation in Healthcare© (DASH) – This assessment is designed to assist in evaluating and developing debriefing skills and can be used in a variety of debriefing settings.
