Immediately following the testing, the consultant will discuss the results with your patient.
A report will be mailed to you containing a summary of the results, the consultant's interpretation of the results, and any recommendations for further testing or for treatment which the consultant feels to be appropriate. The report should arrive within 7-14 days.
Unless you requested a neurological consult in addition to the EMG tests, any further investigations or treatment will be left to your discretion.
