The Adult Outpatient Mental Health Care Program provides services primarily for the residents of London, Ontario and Middlesex County. Our patient population is primarily between the ages of 16 and 64 years of age.
The exception is the Geriatric Mental Health Outreach Service for individuals who are 65 years of age and older.
Our outpatient clinical services include:
- General Adult Ambulatory Mental Health Services
- Geriatric Mental Health Program
- Prevention & Early Intervention in Psychosis (PEPP)
- Behavioural Response Team
Services are delivered by an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, nurse case managers, dieticians and office support staff.
