Digital Navigators

Our team of Digital Navigators have the knowledge, resources and supports to provide a number of free services such as:

  • Practice session(s) to increase comfort level in participating in a video appointment 
  • Help in creating an email address to support video appointments
  • Support setting up devices, including camera, microphone, speaker etc. in advance of the video appointment 
  • Help with accessing and returning online forms as required for the upcoming healthcare appointment 
  • Help with accessing a space convenient to the patient and/or caregiver and additional services and supports as needed, such as Wi-Fi and devices

Digital Navigators are available Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The March of Dimes Canada offers a variety of grants and free education programs to support digital accessibility.

Public libraries

Many local community libraries offer free wifi, bookable private spaces, and technology training or help through volunteers.
