The intent of the wayfinding resources is for you to gain knowledge of the hospital and to learn some key areas so you can assist patients/visitors as needed. All hospital volunteers, regardless of role, participate in wayfinding assistance for patients/visitors as part of Team LHSC.

Part 3- Training Test:

Submitting the test verifies that you have completed and understand all of the above mandatory training and credits you for completing our online orientation program, which is required in order for you to be a volunteer at London Health Sciences Centre.
Please bring your completed test to your appointment with Volunteer Services OR email the completed test to Volunteer_Services@lhsc.on.ca prior to your appointment.

If selected to proceed with becoming an LHSC volunteer, during your documentation appointment with a Volunteer Resource Associate, you will be provided with a copy of this document, which is an overview of important details for your volunteer shifts at LHSC. (Note for Community Partners: Details will be provided about information pertaining to your volunteer shifts at LHSC.)
