Mask Fit Testing
Student Affairs is no longer offering mask fit testing. Please seek out mask fit testing in the community.
All students attending a placement at LHSC are required to provide proof of being mask fit tested prior to their start date to one of the following models:
- 3M 1860, 1860s, 1804, 1804s, or 1870+
Please note all High School Co-op Students are exempt and will complete an exemption form in NirvSystem. If your placement is fully virtual, please let Student Affairs know and we will disable this requirement in NirvSystem.
