What to bring
- Your child's health card
- A list of your child’s current medications and dosages
- The pre-intake questionnaire (if this is your child’s first visit)
Upon arrival
Please arrive at Zone B, Level 1 and follow the signs to the Paediatric Medical Day Unit (PMDU).
While checking in, you will be required to show your child’s health card. You will then be asked to take a seat in the waiting room until a member of our team comes to get you.
If this is your child’s first visit, they will get to meet and be assessed by several members of our team, including a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, social worker, dietitian, paediatrician and pharmacist.
