In all parts of the Renal Program at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) you have access to a medical and interprofessional team to provide you with the best possible care.
The interprofessional team is made up of:
- Indigenous Transitions Facilitator
- Nephrologists
- Nursing professionals
- Dietitians
- Social Workers
- Pharmacists
