Who should attend
All people living with CKD are welcome, including those who are pre-dialysis, on dialysis, transplant recipients, family members or caregivers. These education sessions are an excellent way for you to learn more about kidney disease and how to manage your own health care.
We attempt to take a break during our sessions. Please feel free to bring along a snack. We also welcome a family member or friend to join you for these information sessions, two sets of ears are better than one!
If you would like to attend one or all of these sessions please contact your Nurse Case Manager at your CKD Clinic or dialysis unit.
