- The Pre-Admission Clinic is located on the main floor at University Hospital. Turn left once you have entered the hospital lobby through the main entrance. Enter the first door on the left.
- For Day of Surgery enter the main entrance. Once in the main lobby take the elevators (to the right of Tim Hortons) to the 2nd floor, the elevators open up to the waiting area- the visitor/information desk is located on the left hand side.
- For pick up on Day of Surgery, once the driver has been notified that you are ready for pick-up- they can pick meet you at the main entrance (the U-shaped lane).
Victoria Hospital:

- The Pre-Admission Clinic is located on Level 2 at Victoria Hospital. Use the C2 Entrance off Commissioners Rd. Follow the signs to the pre-admission clinic, room C2 - 600.
- For Day of Surgery, enter the B1 entrance (off baseline). Take the stairs and turn left to locate the D hallway (or elevator) to level 2. Follow the signs to Surgical Registration D2-200.
- For pick up on Day of Surgery, once the driver has been notified that you are ready for pick-up- they can meet you at the B1 (off baseline) entrance.
