Family & Friends
We recognize the value of family and support people during your birthing experience. Recognizing that the labour rooms have limited space, we encourage you to speak with your care providers regarding your specific visiting requests. Your children can be with you as long as an adult other than your support person cares for them. Ask your doctor or midwife if you have other requests concerning family and friends. The nurse in the Postpartum Care Unit can also help you.

Cameras and Videos
Cameras and video equipment are often used to record special moments. However, before using them please check with your nurse, doctor, or midwife. This is a very busy place, so please keep a close eye on your valuables. The hospital is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged equipment.
