For every clinic appointment, you are required to register on the main floor at Patient Registration.
The MND Clinic is located on the 7th floor and can be reached via the Outpatient elevators across from the Gift Shop in the main lobby.
Team Appointments will begin at the Pulmonary Function Lab which is located on the 4th floor.
