The navigation team within the Oncology Patient Navigation Program (OPNP) provide care for patients that have been identified in the South West Region to have a suspicion of cancer for:
- Colorectal (GI, Rectal and Anal)
- Thoracic (Lung, Gastric, Esophagus)
- Head and Neck
- Intraperitoneal
- Genitourinary
- Liver/Biliary cancers
- Sarcoma
- Pancreas
