LHSC belongs to you – the community, patients, and families we serve. We know there is room for improvement in our organization and we’re on a mission to create it. But we need your help.
As we work to strengthen LHSC’s governance, finance and operations, LHSC’s newly established Community Advisory Committee (CAC) has launched a community survey to gather input on your experiences with LHSC, community health priorities, and areas for improvement.
Insights from the community survey, along with results from an internal survey for LHSC team members, will be used to make improvements at LHSC. This is more than a survey; it’s an opportunity to create meaningful change at your local hospital.
