The Broader Public Sector Accountability Act (BPSAA) outlines new rules and accountability standards for hospitals, including London Health Sciences Centre, and other broader public sector organizations.
LHSC is accountable to our patients and public and is committed to responsible and transparent management practices. To this end, our organization has been taking steps to ensure that all of our organizational policies and practices comply with the BPSAA requirements which came into effect April 1, 2011.
As part of this accountability, we report the travel, meal and hospitality expenses of our Board of Directors, CEO and Executive Leadership Team twice a year on Nov. 30 and May 31.
