
David Musyj currently serves as Supervisor of LHSC – one of Canada's largest research-intensive acute care teaching hospitals. An experienced and skilled health-care leader, David brings more than 15 years of experience through his role as President and CEO of Windsor Regional Hospital.
David is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and Michigan, bringing a unique perspective to health care. He believes the heart of every hospital is its employees, professional staff, affiliates and volunteers, and he is committed to working with them to create a healthy, motivating and rewarding workplace. In keeping with this philosophy, he inspires teams to strive for excellence and innovation in service to patients and communities across Ontario.

Dr. Adam Dukelow is the Integrated Vice President of Medical & Academic Affairs for London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St. Joseph’s Health Care London (St. Joseph’s). A dedicated clinician, Adam also practices as an Emergency Physician at LHSC and St. Joseph’s and serves as an Associate Professor at Western University.
Adam brings a wealth of experience and a proven ability to navigate complex health system challenges with vision and collaboration. His leadership roles have included Department Chief of Emergency Medicine for both LHSC and St. Joseph’s, Interim Chief Medical and Quality Officer at LHSC, and President of the Professional Staff Organization at St. Joseph’s. His focus areas span patient safety, quality improvement, innovation, professional staff engagement, and value-based health care.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, a Medical Degree from Western University, and a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.

Shannon Maier is the Vice President of Children’s Hospital and Women’s Program, Quality and Performance and Pharmacy at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), bringing 23 years of health-care experience and leadership to her role.
Shannon’s career includes diverse clinical and leadership roles, including Clinical Educator in Maternal-Child Programs and Director of Maternal Newborn and Pediatric Services at Guelph General Hospital. She previously served as Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Executive at Listowel Wingham Hospital Alliance, and most recently, Vice President of Quality and Practice at Trillium Health Partners, a hospital network in Mississauga and western Toronto.
Throughout her career, Shannon has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead during times of change. She has driven innovative solutions to complex challenges, guided interprofessional teams, and played a critical role in pandemic response efforts, including the establishment of a dedicated pandemic response unit at Trillium Health Partners.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Master of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (MSc QIPS) from the University of Toronto, and has completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program at the Rotman School of Management. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Toronto, sharing her passion for patient safety and quality improvement with future health-care leaders.

As Vice President of Employee Experience, IPAC and Health Disciplines at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Julia leads initiatives to strengthen LHSC by empowering current staff, advancing a comprehensive workforce wellness strategy, and recruiting new talent. She works closely with union partners to ensure a safe and inclusive working environment for all team members, fostering a workplace culture rooted in respect and collaboration.
A clinician by training, Julia brings over 35 years of experience in health care, with 13 years dedicated to clinical, academic, and executive leadership. She began her career as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU and quickly became involved in key initiatives like electronic documentation and infection reduction for neonates, which launched her continued focus on leveraging technology to improve health-care delivery. Julia holds a Nursing degree from Western University and a graduate degree from McMaster University. Her transition to leadership allowed her to take on roles overseeing programs including the Children’s and Adult Emergency Departments, Nursing Practice and Human Resources, where she drove initiatives focused on enhancing patient care and staff support.
Julia is dedicated to building a resilient health-care system that prioritizes wellbeing and quality care for both patients and staff at LHSC.

As Vice President of Surgery, Cardiac, Transplant, Medical Imaging and Biomedical Engineering at London Health Sciences Centre, Jerry oversees Medical Imaging, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (PaLM), Pharmacy, and Biomedical Engineering. With more than 20 years of health-care experience, Jerry has expertise in leading complex, large-scale transformations, strategic planning and clinical operations.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiation Science from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University. Jerry is a registered Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists in Ontario (CMRITO) and holds a Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
He is passionate about creating a supportive, efficient, and effective clinical environment that enables healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

As Vice President of Cancer, Renal, Mental Health, and Patient Flow at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Tammy leads multiple regional programs, collaborating with physician dyad partners to support high-quality, patient-centered care. As the Regional Vice President for the South West Regional Cancer Program, she also provides leadership for cancer services across southwestern Ontario.
Tammy brings nearly 30 years of health-care experience, holding senior roles across acute care, home care, provincial health systems, and health-care supply chain management. A Certified Health Executive (CHE), she holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Services Management and a Master of Communications Management from McMaster University.
Known for her commitment to continuous improvement, Tammy prioritizes patient-centered decision-making, always striving to advance care outcomes across her programs.

As Vice President of Communications and Community, Patient & Client Engagement at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Tania provides strategic direction to the organization’s communications, public engagement, and patient experience initiatives. This includes responsibility for Patient Relations and engaging the communities we serve in LHSC’s strategies and operations.
With 25 years of experience working in the private and public sectors, Tania is a skilled leader whose expertise lies in providing strategic direction to organizations. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western University, a Bachelor of Public Relations and a Master of Public Relations, both from Mount Saint Vincent University.
Prior to joining LHSC, Tania led strategic communications teams at Western University and Thames Valley District School Board after first gaining experience in agency and private sector work for Trojan Technologies and Dow Chemical Canada. Tania is an International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Gold Quill Award winner and was named one of Business London magazine’s inaugural Top 20 Under 40.

An Occupational Therapist by training, Cathy has dedicated 40 years to LHSC, with over 25 years in leadership. Her collaborative approach and partnership with executive and physician leaders exemplify LHSC’s core values and commitment to service. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Science, both from Western University.
Cathy’s leadership is marked by significant achievements, including reorganizing stroke care across the southwest region, leading a strategy to reduce hospital-acquired infection rates, and serving as executive co-sponsor for the Nazem Kadri Surgical Centre, the first in Ontario standalone surgical centre, launched in 2016.
Her passion for LHSC and her tireless dedication to patient-centered care make Cathy an invaluable leader and a respected figure within the organization.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance (CFO), Performance, PaLM and Facilities at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Nick Vlacholias leads financial operations, facilities, and Information Technology Services to support efficiency and innovation. With nearly three decades of experience transforming Ontario’s health-care institutions, Nick is committed to operational excellence and patient-centered care.
Nick’s previous executive roles highlight his expertise in driving transformation and strategic financial planning. As President and CEO of Brockville General Hospital, he led initiatives that strengthened patient care, improved efficiency, and secured critical funding. At the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO, restructuring finance and merging with the Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre to form one of the region’s largest providers. He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).
Nick’s expertise in governance, financial strategy, and integration make him a vital asset to LHSC’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and community service.

As Corporate Nursing Executive (CNE) and Vice President of Medicine, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Clinical Neurological Sciences & CNE at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Deborah Wiseman provides executive oversight for nursing professional practice and clinical programs.
With more than 25 years at LHSC, Deborah is a transformational health-care leader known for driving operational and strategic improvements, fostering innovation, and building collaborative partnerships that generate meaningful system-wide results.
An advocate for health equity and system transformation, Deborah champions academic pursuits, evidence-based practice, and quality care initiatives. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), an Adjunct Professor at Western University’s Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, and holds the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.

As Interim Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC), Dr. David Steven leads the MAC and its subcommittees, collaborating across LHSC to enhance quality of care and patient safety. Dr. Steven supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of LHSC’s quality and patient safety strategies.
In addition to his leadership at the MAC, Dr. Steven is Head of the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at LHSC and St. Joseph’s Health Care London, and he holds the Richard and Beryl Ivey Chair at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. An internationally recognized expert in epilepsy surgery, he co-directs Canada’s largest epilepsy program at LHSC and frequently lectures on the topic. Dr. Steven is dedicated to advancing neurosurgical education, serving as Chair of the Royal College Examination Board in Neurosurgery and aiding in the development of epilepsy surgery programs abroad.
With more than 20 years of expertise, Dr. Steven’s leadership and dedication to advancing clinical quality make him an invaluable member to LHSC and the broader medical community.
