London Health Sciences Centre's Multi-Organ Transplant Program (MOTP) is one of the country’s leading transplant programs, performing about 200 organ transplants each year. MOTP is indebted to countless community health-care professionals who provide timely care to our patients. Whether it is through pre-transplant health care or post-transplant care, community health professionals are an important part of MOTP’s team.
