A full report will be sent to the physician who referred you to the clinic, as well as to other physicians involved in your care. Update reports will also be sent at the time of each follow-up visit with us. We will outline investigations, diagnosis, treatment and outlook. This is important so that other physicians and caregivers are aware of your progress to that they can integrate this information into your overall health care.
